Overview
This Hotel Sofitel Sharm el Sheikh offers a superb panoramic
view of Naama Bay. The hotel has been designed and built in the
traditional Arabic style, consisting of clusters of villas and
decortated in white-washed walls and stone flooring styled with
traditional Arabic furniture. There are three restaurants
offering local and international cuisine. The lobby is housed
separately and is quite small with stone flooring, white-washed
walls and little casual seating arrangements. In general the
Hotel Sofitel Sharm el Sheikh is a very good hotel with
fantastic location.
The Sofitel Hotel Sharm El Sheikh is a five story Arabic
designed hotel, built on many levels with steps everywhere and
consisting of clusters of villas and decorated in white. It has
been built beginning of the 90s, perfectly settle in the bay
area, into the side of a mountain, offering a fabulous view of
Na'ama Bay.
It is bordered by the west by the mountain and to the East by
the Red Sea with its rare corals, reefs and colored fish. The
hotel is isolated and enjoys privacy while offering spectacular
views of the Red Sea as well as enchanting sunrises and sunsets.
It has a Moroccan style interior décor with territory smothered
in flowers. The hotel is highly recommended as a romantic
getaway and to families with young children, wishing for a
peaceful and relaxed vacation, in addition to business travelers
where all tastes and needs are well catered.
The Sofitel Sharm El Sheikh hotel was previously known as Sofitel Coralia.
Location
The Sofitel is within a five minutes walk south of Naama bay,
along a trail. It is within a walking distance to the main
shopping area and close to the Sinai Casino. The Sharm EL Sheikh
International Airport is only 10 minutes away.
